NSD Payment System participants
Please be advised that NSD, money transfer operator and systemically important NSD Payment System operator (registration number 0014 in the Register of Payment System Operators), will be operating over the public holiday period in May 2020 as follows.
On 4–5 May 2020 NSD will be providing depository and bank services, including money transfer services via NSD Payment System, subject to the specific rules set forth by the Bank of Russia.
Transactions that require interaction with external counterparties will be executed subject to such counterparties’ operating hours.
Details on certain services (as well as information on NSD Payment System operating hours), including settlement of repo transactions with the Bank of Russia, Federal Treasury, Saint-Petersburg Committee of Finance with a securities basket, clearing and NSD collateral management, during the mentioned dates will be provided in due course.
1–3 May and 9–11 May 2020 will be non-business days.
On 30 April and on 6–8 May 2020 NSD will be providing depository and bank services, including money transfer services via NSD Payment System, as usual.
Please also note that 22-24 February and 7-9 March are public holidays.
