MOSCOW – The National Depository Center (NDC), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of securities issued by Russian issuers, announced today that shares of OJSC Severstal-Avto, OJSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, OJSC Second Generating Company Of Wholesale Electricity Market (OJSC OGC-2), OJSC OGC-3 and OJSC OGC-5 will be serviced by the NDC-DCC “bridge”, effective May 31, 2007.
Thus, NDC DCC bridge, which facilitates same-day transfers of securities between the two depositories, currently services the securities of 57 issuers.
