NSD Announces Results of Its Supervisory Board Meeting

On 15 December 2021, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of National Settlement Depository (NSD) took place.

The Supervisory Board elected new members of NSD’s Customer Committees.

The Supervisory Board approved the following documents:

• NSD’s Budget (Business Plan) for 2022-2024;
• Amended and restated Fee Schedule for NSD’s Repository Services;
• Amended and restated NSD’s Client Policy;
• NSD’s Corporate Key Performance Indicators for 2022;
• NSD’s amended and restated internal regulations that govern employee compensation.

The Supervisory Board:

• Took note of NSD’s Preliminary Performance Report for 2021;
• Appointed Pavel Andrianov, IT Director, as NSD’s Executive Board Member for a new term: from 7 February 2022 to 7 February 2024 (inclusive);
• Appointed Irina Antonova, HR Director, as NSD’s Executive Board Member for a new term: from 19 February 2022 to 19 February 2024 (inclusive);
• Permitted Viktor Zhidkov, the Chairman of NSD’s Executive Board, to sit on the Board of Directors of MOEX Innovations LLC.
