On 26 July 2022, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of National Settlement Depository (NSD) took place.
The Supervisory Board took note of NSD’s Performance Report for 6M 2022.
The Supervisory Board approved the amended and restated Terms and Conditions of Depository Operations of National Settlement Depository (the ‘Terms and Conditions’). The amended and restated Terms and Conditions will take effect upon their approval by the Bank of Russia.

This consent is valid from the date of acceptance by me of the terms and conditions of the Service until the time when I cancel my subscription to the Service or revoke this consent by giving notice in writing to the Data Controller at its address.
