NSD announces results of Supervisory Board meeting

On 1 October 2024, the Supervisory Board of National Settlement Depository (NSD) held a meeting.
The Supervisory Board approved the Corporate Governance Policy for the companies of the Moscow Exchange Group.

The Supervisory Board took note of:

the summary of the implementation status of the NSD Business Plan (budget) for the first 7 months of 2024; and
NSD's Performance Report for the first 8 months of 2024.

The Supervisory Board terminated Viktor Zhidkov as the Chairman of the Executive Board of NSD following his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Moscow Exchange. 1 October 2024 is the last day of his term of office. Ekaterina Demushkina, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of NSD, has been appointed Acting Chairman of the Board with effect from 2 October 2024.

This consent is valid from the date of acceptance by me of the terms and conditions of the Service until the time when I cancel my subscription to the Service or revoke this consent by giving notice in writing to the Data Controller at its address.
