On 21 December 2018, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia’s central securities depository, took place.
The Supervisory Board approved a new version of Clearing Rules of National Settlement Depository; the document will be put into effect once it is registered with the Bank of Russia.
Supervisory Board members recognized the program “Processing Corporate Actions Using the Cascade Approach” successful and approved the decision to close it.

This consent is valid from the date of acceptance by me of the terms and conditions of the Service until the time when I cancel my subscription to the Service or revoke this consent by giving notice in writing to the Data Controller at its address.
