On 23 April 2024, the Supervisory Board of National Settlement Depository (NSD) held a meeting.
The Supervisory Board approved the Internal Control Rules on AML/CFT/FPWMD as amended.
The Board took note of NSD's Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) Report for Q1 2024.

This consent is valid from the date of acceptance by me of the terms and conditions of the Service until the time when I cancel my subscription to the Service or revoke this consent by giving notice in writing to the Data Controller at its address.
