On 12 August 2022, National Settlement Depository (NSD) filed a lawsuit with the General Court of the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg seeking to lift the restrictions imposed on the depository.
The purpose of the lawsuit is to prove that NSD's inclusion in the EU sanctions lists was unlawful and unjustified, and that Russian and international investors have suffered as a result.
The EU imposed blocking sanctions on NSD on 3 June 2022.

This consent is valid from the date of acceptance by me of the terms and conditions of the Service until the time when I cancel my subscription to the Service or revoke this consent by giving notice in writing to the Data Controller at its address.
